Celebrate Mat

so today i have learnt about that Maori people celebrate different to other people because they celebrate it by doing games and also go in carts with horses leading the way and they go places they also celebrate Matariki in the north island they do it high than Auckland its near the top of the island I bet you that if you go there it will be really fun and all I know about Matariki is that going near June the 22nd the days start to get shorter and shorter and every day you wake up in the morning it will start to get darker and then when it has past June the 22nd the days will get longer and longer Untill it gets to December.

the really pretty princess

Bang!!! Aaahhh what the hell has happened to me i think i have been spelled but i do look gorgeous.

“ Once there appeared an ugly looking woman she wished that someday she will become a pretty looking princess not a ugly princess and that she will be married to a very charming prince but that might come true since she is so ugly  the whole village teased her but they didn’t know what she was gonna become then one day she became more and more ugly then the village started to be more meaner and I thought that picking on her wasn’t very nice so what the pretty witch done was the next day she made a pretty simple spell on cathrine to make her what she wished for then she was a sleep for two full days when she woke up she went to the mirror

and said’’

”AAAAAHHHHHHH what the hell has happened to me  oh it doesn’t matter I look gorgeous my wish finally came true oh no I need to quickly get into my dress oh no these don’t look as much fancy what am I supposed to do now”

“It is alright my child i will give you the prettiest dress the prince will ever see”

“What happens if he doesn’t like it’”

“Its alright my daughter everything is gonna be alright he’s gonna think that you are the prettiest princess ever and I wonder if he falls in love with you and you might be his true love do you love prince williams yes or no”

“Yes I do love him”

“Then you go to this bail and tell him you love him is that clear’’

“Yes”

“Then you go right now or else your gonna be late”

“Ok bye I will see you later ok all I need to do is just go in the bail and be the pretty one and make him to fall in love with me oooooohhhhhhh no it’s nearly midnight I have to try and do this nice and fast the minute I walked up the step’s i felt good it was like I was special but as soon I saw the prince my heart was beating so fast that i could not walk the rest of the way down but when I got closer he said”

“Come on don’t be afraid there’s nothing to be scared of”

“It was like he was the one and only for me me be my true love for once oooooooohhhhhhhh no!!!!! it’s ran out of time hey man you were the one that turned me into the pretty one are you def yes or no”

“Uumm no”

“Oh yes you are def ears i told you not once but two times to keep me gorgeous do you know what i’m gonna do i’m gonna tell everyone that your name is def ears because you couldn’t hear me what i said to you now i won’t get another chance cause you did not hear me now he will never marry me”

“Princess I was looking for you I want me and you to still be together even that your that ugly but it doesn’t matter at all anymore because you were the most prettiest woman i have ever seen so do you want to get married”

“Of course”

“So they lived not really happily ever after”

So yesterdayI went to Mrs Jacks break out space to learn about myths and legends we learnt about Maori legends of the weather and there was legends fighting over who is the strongest and when one of them clapped very hard so that the thunder could set the village on fire but then this woman try to clap but it was the weakest out of all of them and the weather legend is Tawhirimatea the legend of the thunder.

over the last few weeks in robotics I have been learning to program the Ev3 to move.
First I learnt to make the robot to go forward in a straight line Then I had to learn how to program it to the shops at a certain time.
Next left right maze pause.
The last task we had to collect rubbish and take it away.

robotics was very challenging and kinda enjoyable
today is are last day for robotics Mrs Mcguinnety thought that it was last week.
