Parihaka DLO

Hello Everyone

So today me and my buddy done a DLO (Digital Learning Object) for Parihaka one of the most popular events that happened in New Zealand, but mostly a lot of people are forgetting about. The thing that I didn´t like of what people done to Maori was taking there land, and things. But the good thing of that is that it´s all over now even though they had to go through a lot, Here´s mine.

Mahinga Kai

So out of the two of the activity's, Tangata Whenua and Te Tiriti O Waitangi we have one more. Mahinga Kai it's our last one for the activity's. This one talks about how this guy Karl lives and how he lives like maori back in the days. This is one of his saying "If we don't have kai, then people will die" So he does that but different from the human's today. So he grows and stores food himself, and when he doesn't have what he needs he trades, here's my slideshow.

Animal Statistics

So for the past for weeks well more like the end of quarantine, we done something about statistics. So we had to pick a topic then ask people which one they picked, in mine the highest picked one was dog, but Penguin got no picks. So we would have to collect the data and make a graph. Then make it into a graph here's mine.

Top 10 Most Amazing Man-Made Attractions

For the past week I have been working on a activity about top 10 some thing, and I chose Top 10 man-made attractions. It was pretty fun learning about the top 10 man-made attractions, because when I was searching I got to learn some cool facts about it.

Interpreting Graphs

Today I got to do an activity for Maths. The teacher gave us a worksheet that we had to do, for the activity it's about temperature money and more. The best part of it for me is probably the Line graphs. But I didn't like doing the first one for some reason by the way here's my work.

Life on Mars

Today I had to finish my Life on Mars activity for science. It's basically about researching how we can get life on Mars and write down some facts. The best part about the activity was getting to research how many rovers there were. I also wrote down some facts about the Mars rovers.

Making ends meet

For a few days I have been working on  an activity called Making ends meet. It's about having $200 and spending on breakfast, lunch and dinner and it has to last the whole week. The best thing was getting to go shopping online so when I get older I know how to do it. But I hated adding all the money up here's mine.

Seven stars of Matariki

This week for literacy we had do re tell the story of The Seven stars of Matariki because this week is Matariki. We listened to the writer read the story we had to make notes so when we make our slide show we know what to do.My buddy´s were Carla and Riansha is my buddy´s.The story was about Mitahi the youngest and his 7 brothers living in the village of Maketu and they loved no one else but their else because no one could match their beauty.One day all of them went hunting up a mountain when they got to the top they saw beautiful woman they all fell in love except for Mitahi because he knew that they were patuaiarehe  fairy woman. Mitahi knew something was going on the woman planned to starve them all to death the men became skinny and their looks faded away then they captured the woman they took them to the god of the stars and made them stars so every year they have a chance to shine.But were not quite finished.

Little Red Riding Hood

In math's we are learning about coordinates.We learnt that you say the letter first and then the number.Our map was about the story 'Little Red Riding Hood.' We had to do 2 things first we had to follow the instruction's to see where to draw the pictures once we done that we had to color it in.Then we had to find all of the things that was on the top of the map.So we had to find Grandma's house,Little Red riding hood's house.the pond and bluebell's.I found easy trying to find the stuff and what i found hard was trying to draw the things inside the boxes because it was kind of small.

All About Me

This week for cybersmart we have made a slide show about All about Me.I just Finished my all about me today.We had write everything all about our self my favourite thing doing it was adding music of our kind but no swear words.For my song I put happier by Marshmello and Bastille I done that song because it feels like it just goes with the slide.The craziest part was waiting for it to upload it toke for ever.The most easiest part was adding the music and writing.The most hardest thing for this was thinking of what to write cause I have heaps of Ideas then I just lose then I have to try hard and remember it.It is annoying anyway you probably want to see it so here it is.
